Due to natural business expansion and an increased product range, we are keen to add more success driven people to our growing sales team.The B2B Sales Executive RoleJoining our Serve Talent team really offers you the chance to sell within an unlimited business environment with our network job boards expanding across all sectors and regions.This is a fast paced environment that will involve a large amount of inbound and outbound telephone work. Cold calling will be required as well as the initial stage client account management. You will be responsible for lead generation as well as maintaining and developing an existing database of customers. Due to the structure of the business with IT based booking system and an account management support team there will a minimal amount of administrative duties.The PersonTo be considered for this opportunity you will ideally possess the following:
  • Previous proven sales experience
  • B2B cold calling and closing experience
  • Strong team working and involvement skills
  • Incentive driven with a competitive edge
  • Grasps new products quickly
  • The ability to realise opportunities and act without constant assistance
  • Instinctive interest with being involved with current and new product ideas
  • Knowledge of Microsoft based programs
  • Previous experience of working within job advertising or recruitment would be advantageous.
