Pay Range/details: £30,000 + OTE £45K (uncapped)

 We are working with a fast-growing automotive dealership that ensure customers are provided with a wide selection of new and used cars from popular brands. They are looking for a Sales Executive who can turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience and has a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets

Key Responsibilities – Automotive Sales Executive

  • Welcome customers to the showroom or dealership, assess their needs, and help throughout their buying journey
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, pricing, and optional extras, guiding customers to vehicles that match their preferences
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring they understand the vehicle’s features and feel confident with their choice
  • Work with customers to agree on a price, manage negotiations, and finalise the sale by securing payment or financing options
  • Complete all sales documents, process vehicle registrations, and assist customers with financing options, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals, both individually and as part of a team
  • Stay up to date on all vehicle specifications, features, promotions, and financing deals to answer customer questions and provide valuable recommendations
  • Keep the showroom and vehicles clean, organised, and well-presented to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
  • Contact potential buyers after visits to answer additional questions, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
  • Inspect and assess trade-in vehicles, providing customers with an estimated value and ensuring accurate trade-in processes

Qualifications & Requirements – Automotive Sales Executive

  • Sales experience
  • Strong customer service background
  • Negotiation skills and experience closing deals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience handling paperwork and contracts
  • Working in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems
