My wonderful client is looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Sales Manager to join their team and help grow the business. The business is 30 years old, but in the last 2 years has undergone a period of modernisation and transformation as it sets its sights on significant growth over the next 10 years. This is an ongoing journey and a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to carve out a new role and make a significant impact on the sales operations.

The office is dog friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and track a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through to successful deal closure.
  • Respond to Sales Enquiries: take briefs, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to generate quotes and then follow-up.
  • Be a CRM Expert
  • Lead Generation
  • Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities to expand.

About you:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of managing and successfully closing a sales pipeline
  • Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and lead generation tools like Glenigan. Ability to utilise social selling through tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Any experience with social media marketing would be advantageous but not essential
  • Computer Literate: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Networker: Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships and growing existing accounts
  • Motivated: Self-driven, with a positive attitude and eagerness to take initiative.
