Day-to-day of the role:- Accelerate sales across the range, focusing on kitchen designers, showrooms, retailers, and merchants.
- Coordinate and refine the sales process from start to finish, with support from sales colleagues.
- Research and create strategies for targeting new accounts and partnerships with potential for volume sales.
- Inspire and deliver a transparent, team-inclusive approach, supporting junior co-workers, encouraging accountability, personal development, and rewarding successes.
- Build collaborative relationships with other managers, particularly our digital product manager.
- Work with the Executive Team to provide insights into sales and marketing data, optimise lead generation, and enhance sales performance.
- Proven leadership experience in accelerating sales growth, ideally within the kitchen/interiors/appliances/lifestyle sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of customers from consumers to kitchen designers and architects.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Financial literacy with the ability to produce regular reports.
- IT adept with well-honed Dynamics 365 CRM skills.
