Contract Personnel are pleased to be working with their Norwich based client who is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar Sales background and be comfortable carrying out the following job duties:
Key Objectives:
- To assist in the training and support of the Sales team; to lead by example
- To build a rapport with customers and identify their requirements
- To deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction
- To make daily follow up contacts using our dealer database and systems
- To update the CRM system to include enquiry, desired vehicle and customer requirements and to update GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) data on every customer
- Promptly action all leads and fulfil all orders from customers by following documented policies on behalf of the Company
- To achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales
- To represent the brand in accordance with dealer standards and Company requirements
- To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
- To act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction
Applicant's Desired Attributes:Â
- You must have great customer interaction skills abd the ability to build relationships
- You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- You should be competent at basic mathematics
- You should be comfortable using a computer and ideally using Microsoft packages
- You must be smart in appearance and well organised
- You must hold a valid full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points
- Previous experience in the industry is not essential, but a passion for motorcycles is desired.
You may be required to carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by the line manager.
Hours are Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Everyone is required in on Saturdays, Sundays are closed and 1 day off during the week)
