We are seeking a Service Improvement Lead / Project Lead to join our team as part of a wider transformation process. This role is crucial for driving business improvement and managing a diverse range of corporate projects. The successful candidate will work remotely, with occasional requirements to attend our offices in Norwich or London.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the project lead within the transformation team.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Provide regular updates to the board on project progress and budget status.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Own the delivery of corporate projects, ensuring they meet set objectives and timelines.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable recommendations, considering the impact on customers, employees, policies, processes, and technology.
  • Work closely with the Project Delivery Manager to align project goals with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management and business improvement within a corporate setting.
  • Strong ability to liaise with and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
