Technical Administrator


3 Month Contract (scope to extend)
14.00 to 14.50 per hour
UK Fully Remote
Start Date - 6th of January 2025

We are currently seeking a Technical administrator to join a IT Technical Services organisation where you will be supporting an Operation manager across a range of vendor management and administration tasks. This is a fully remote position that will suit a experienced administrator with an excellent eye for detail and strong Excel skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing a contracts repository, to ensure all electronic contracts are stored in a central location
  • Scheduling meetings and capturing meeting minutes and actions
  • Communication / liaison with vendors
  • Communication with end-users, to provide updates and answers on projects
  • Fulfilling tickets / cases raised by end users, within SLA
  • Production of reports and dashboards
  • Assist in the management of software contracts ensuring the compliance of T&C's


Experience Required

  • Fast learner
  • Highly professional
  • High energy, 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong competence with office administrative software, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Working to measurable targets (and achieving these)
  • Ability to work under direction but to be autonomous, day to day
  • Working with 3rdparty supplierr
  • Experience working within a technology environment, interacting with technology professionals
  • Experience working with a ticket management / case management toolset (of any type)
  • Working with both junior and senior stakeholders
