**About the Role:**
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be pivotal in steering the Mechanical aspects of a £30 million M&E project currently in its pre-construction phase. Reporting directly to the M&E Project Director, who is mechanically biased, you will work alongside a Senior Electrical Project Manager, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage all Mechanical project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director and other stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Lead a team of Mechanical engineers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

**Skills and Experience Required:**

- Proven experience in managing large-scale Mechanical contracts within the M&E sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical systems and regulations.
