Streamline Recruitment are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor that we have been working alongside for nearly 20 years, this is a chance to join the businesses East Anglia division that has been growing stronger & stronger since it has opened and is predicted to turnover nearly (phone number removed) within the next year and a half.

The company that we are working alongside are one of the UK's leading M&E contractors who have a fantastic reputation within London and have now opened up a East Anglia division covering the Cambridgeshireand Sussex areas. With the business having a very successful first 12 months they are expanding this division so for the right candidate there is an opportunity to progress into a Project Director role.

Duties

  • Reporting into a Project Director
  • Overseeing all Mechanical packages on site
  • Client facing
  • Overseeing the project from Pre - Construction through to handover
  • This is a university scheme, any experience in similar builds to this is preferred but not essential
  • SMSTS/SSSTS tickets
  • Budgeting and procurement of the site
  • Allocating & leading sub - contractors
  • Project Programmes
  • Producing RAMS
