Senior / Principal Civil Structures Engineer

Are you a motivated Senior or Principal Civil Engineer looking for the next step in your career? Our client, an expanding consultancy practice based in Norwich, is looking for an enthusiastic engineer to join their team. This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer who is eager to develop their skills while working on a diverse range of exciting projects.
With a collaborative and supportive environment, this role offers you the chance to grow and learn within a strong team, working on both civil and structural elements for a variety of clients, including those in marine and land-based sectors.
The Role:
- Managing projects from concept to completion.
- Work on civil/structural design schemes, including steel and reinforced concrete, in the rail sector.
- Collaborate other teams to deliver successful projects.
- Attend site and client meetings to build client relationships.
- Support other teams within the business as required.
About You:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Ideally, at least 5 years of experience within a UK consultancy.
- Detailed knowledge of British Standards and EuroCodes.
- Motivated to develop professionally, with the desire to take on more responsibility over time.
- Full driving licence preferred.
