Ridgeway & Co is partnering with a leading Groundworks contractor to find a Site Engineer in Norwich.
This freelance position offers a salary of up to £400.00 per day and is contracted for 24 months.
The role involves reporting to the Project Manager, ensuring site compliance with health and safety, and completing setting out for highways and infrastructure.
Candidates are required to have a CSCS card and previous highways engineering experience, with a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
SMSTS or SSSTS certification is desirable but not essential, and the position requires relevant experience in the field.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

Reporting and working with the Project Manager and foreman.
Site set up and compliance with health and safety
Completing all setting out associated to the highways & infrastructure package.
Quality assurance & control.

Site Engineer Requirements:

CSCS card.
SMSTS or SSSTS - Desirable, not essential.
Previous highways engineering experience.
Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.
