Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Provide a full range of services, including management accounts, accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax returns, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.
  • Collaborate with Partners to ensure seamless client service.
  • Oversee team workloads to meet deadlines efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional development while upholding the firm's values.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the client base and expand service offerings.
