Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and emails, providing excellent service and resolving any issues
- Process customer mobile device orders and perform diagnostic checks on devices
- Purchase stock as needed
- Generate customer-specific reports using Excel
- Process mobile network bills and assist with problem-solving
- Provide quotes to corporate customers for mobile upgrades
- Ensure accurate data entry into our client's in-house database
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
- Accurate data entry skills and keen attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and undergo on-the-job training
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence
- Competitive annual salary of 23,500 (salary review after 1 year)
- 25 days holiday, with the potential to increase up to 29 days with service
