To excel as a Commercial Account Executive, you should possess general experience in Commercial Insurance, working with a diverse range of clients.
This background will provide you with knowledge of the primary classes of business, ideally from a client servicing role. In this position, you will take over a substantial portfolio of business, which you will manage and seek to expand, with your top priority being client retention.
This portfolio includes clients with premiums of up to £100k and spans various industries, offering you a broad mix of clientele. Additionally, an excellent rewards package is available to recognize the achievements of successful Account Executives.
As a Commercial Account Executive, your responsibilities will involve:
- Identifying suitable solutions, structures, pricing, and placement strategies that align with clients' needs while ensuring profitable business.
- Leading and managing the entire client service process.
- Gaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses and their risk management requirements, and actively seeking solutions to address those needs.
- Proactively developing tailored solutions and proposals to maintain high client retention rates.
- Designing program and pricing structures based on market insights and client knowledge.
- Managing KPIs/SLAs to ensure that targets are consistently achieved.
