This market leading consultancy and contractor work on a plethora of projects mainly within the public sector, with projects including Hospitals, Social Housing and other public sector facilities. Possessing two separate arms to the business they can offer both consultancy and contractor services. With them being able to help identify problems and then and solve them themselves, they have managed to find great success in their niche. This is why they are looking to add to their growing and ambitious team with amazing opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, your main responsibility will be managing the estimating and procurement team, where you'll be delegating daily tasks and ensuring team are operating highly. You will also prepare and analyse the costings for tenders and contracts for the minor work projects. Also, you will be continuously monitoring and reporting on the financial performance and progress on the projects. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be liaising with both in-house and on-site teams to ensure projects are running smoothly commercially and help solve any problems as they arise.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a commercial expert with experience in the construction industry, as well as having great communication skills both written and verbal to effectively manage and direct your team.

  • Experience in the construction industry
