Customer Relationship Co-ordinator - up to £28,000Location NorwichOur client is a well-known, successful professional services business, with offices around the region. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, acting as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone enquiries about the services they offer.Main duties will include:

  • Receive and allocate enquiries to the appropriate specialist, considering the prospect’s requirements, sector, and locality; using senior team members for more complex enquiries as required.
  • Co-ordinate meetings for fee earners with qualified enquiries, ensuring arrangements are handled accurately and considerately, and the appropriate evidence gained.
  • Maintain timely communication with clients and prospects throughout the introductory process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Co-ordinate second-level contact with the BD senior as required for more complex enquiries.
  • Follow up with appropriate uncontactable prospects at 6 and 12-month intervals following their initial enquiry.
  • Provide regular feedback to colleagues on insights from inbound enquiries; trends, discussion topics, challenges and concerns.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule pipeline calls with senior team members, using them as an opportunity for department relationship development and opportunity spotting.
  • Feed into weekly reporting on enquiry data and pipeline progress, monitor trends and performance metrics, and track updates on wins / losses for accurate reporting.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Ability to build fantastic relationships with prospects and colleagues.
  • A professional and client-focused approach at all times.
  • Excellent IT and administrations skills.
