R13 Recruitment are supporting a market leading organisation in their search for a Retail Sales Consultant to join their Norwich team on a part-time basis. Reporting directly to the Store Manager you will act as a brand ambassador, and you will be responsible for selling and advising on a range of products and supporting in the day to day running of the store.

This is a part-time, permanent position based in Norwich, working 24 hours (flexible shifts available). The offered salary for this role is £12 per hour.

The day to day

  • Providing excellent levels of customer service at all times, handling customer queries (face to face/telephone) in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Proactively approaching and liaising with customers, establishing their wants and needs and making relevant product suggestions.
  • Ensuring all stock is replenished, priced correctly and displayed to the required standards.
  • Daily cash handling routines.
  • Ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Target driven, proactive and keen to achieve and exceed expectations.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
  • Keen to learn and develop.
