About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Representative to join our team in the fast-paced world of construction recruitment. You'll be the face of our business - connecting with site managers, contractors, and developers to provide top-tier temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

If you thrive in a high-energy environment, understand the construction industry, and have a knack for sales and relationship-building, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new client relationships within the construction sector
  • Promote recruitment services to construction companies
  • Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals
  • Understand client staffing needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly
  • Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure candidate placements align with client requirements
  • Negotiate terms of business and close sales deals
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry demands
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools
  • Attend client meetings and construction sites as needed to build rapport and maintain service levels

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within recruitment or construction supply/services
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (trades, labour roles, site processes)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in a client-facing role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
  • Full UK driving licence (site visits required
