Do you have any experience in Cladding, perhaps with experience of overseeing steel Cladding of existing buildings, looking to join a fast growing, market-leading Norfolk construction company who design and build steel framed buildings for the Industrial and Agricultural sector, which offers lots of autonomy and are a long term stable employer which have opened this newly created role to oversee and run all aspects of the cladding of existing buildings?

Are you looking for an autonomous and varied role, where you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to Clad buildings, surveying, estimating, quoting, securing project authorisation and overseeing installation by subcontractors of cladding solutions to existing agricultural and industrial buildings ?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established, market leading Norfolk steel framed building company enjoying rapid and sustained growth, where you will be responsible for the project management and estimating of cladding solutions to existing potentially derelict agricultural buildings.

The role:

  • Managing refurbishment of existing buildings with steel cladding
  • Identifying new quoting opportunities
  • Surveying on Site (Company Ford Ranger provided)
  • Estimating and producing a competitive quote
  • Closing and securing project authorisation
  • Ordering supplies to site
  • Agreeing contacts
  • Oversee installation
  • Oversee and Manage Subcontractors
  • Arranging Invoicing
  • 0830-1630 Mon To Fri when not on site

The person:

  • Experience and knowledge of Cladding or similar
  • Ideally some estimating or project management experience
  • Ideally hold an SMSTS
  • Driving License
