Our client, a leading contractor delivering a significant infrastructure project in Norwich, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their dynamic team. About the Role:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installations on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices. You will lead and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring efficient and high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve any electrical issues or delays.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
