With an excellent local reputation, they work largely on repeat business and prioritise the client experience.Your new roleWorking as part of an intimate team, you will be empowered to manage your own projects with the support of a visiting contracts manager.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
  • Uphold high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, ideally from a main contractor background.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour with experience of working in a client-facing capacity.
  • SMSTS, First aid, CSCS
