We provide flexible shifts, including long day or night shifts of 12 hours. We aim to accommodate your scheduling needs, and we also offer temporary or part-time employment options.
Team Leader Role:
- Ensuring that each person's freedom of choice and individuality is respected.
- Maintaining thorough care and medical documents.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the care team.
- Hosting staff inspections and evaluations, and fostering a supportive workplace.
- Collaborating with family members and medical experts to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
- Upholding safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Team Leader Requirements:
- You must have the following qualifications for this position:
- Relevant experience in medication administration.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- A valid NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or a comparable diploma.
