An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Norwich. This full-time, permanent position is office-based, offering flexible start times and free parking. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing operational client delivery plans, ensuring the seamless scheduling and delivery of products to meet client requirements. A strong sense of customer service and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Create and maintain project delivery plans from the point of award to contract completion.
  • Attend new project handover meetings to gain a full understanding of projects, including essential contract requirements, targets, SLAs, commitments, and client reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with field operational and survey teams to create and manage an effective client delivery plan, considering all aspects of successful programme delivery.
  • Ensure the project delivery plan aligns with client spend and company expectations.
  • Maintain and adjust the project programme as necessary to re-plan in the event of performance exceptions causing delays or risks to the original plan.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience as a Scheduler or within a project-focused role is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using project planning systems and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external third parties.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
