Location: NorwichSalary: £45,000 (DoE)

The Role:
- Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:
- Formal Project Management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desirables:
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean construction methodologies.
