Assistant PFI Project Manager

We are seeking an Assistant PFI Project Manager to support a leading healthcare PFI contract in East Anglia. You will oversee complex capital works from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, contract requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Capital Variations – Support and deliver capital works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all projects align with RIBA stages, CDM regulations, and site management protocols.
  • PFI Contract Administration – Manage lifecycle works, contract obligations, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Construction & QS Expertise – Leverage technical knowledge to oversee and deliver high-value capital projects.
  • Stakeholder & Risk Management – Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven Project Management experience within healthcare or PFI contracts.
  • Background in Construction or Quantity Surveying (QS) with strong technical expertise.
  • Knowledge of PFI contract administration, lifecycle works, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing multi-million-pound capital works programmes.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
