BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / GENERAL MANAGER OPPORTUNITY WITH A PROGRESSIVE NORFOLK BASED COMPANY SEEKING A HIGHLY SKILLED AMBITIOUS INDIVIDUAL. 

My clients business is now ready for the next phase of growth and are therefore recruiting to expand their team to deliver this growth.

As Business Development / General Manager, you will be a key, senior, member of the team offering Commercial Window Cleaning Solutions to it's Norfolk Client base. 

We are looking for someone who can identify and close new opportunities from day one.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has maybe dreamt or running their own cleaning business, with both Management and Business Development experience. This is for a hungry go getter who is confident in their ability to not only manage the team but also win new business. 

We are looking for someone with a strong B2B background with a demonstrable track record of success selling to business customers.

The role will be office based in Norfolk with regular travel.

Actively sourcing leads, arranging site visits and meetings to discuss business proposals

Strong negotiation skills to deal with pricing

We are seeking a consistent over achiever of targets and someone who is very self-motivated.

You will have excellent customer service and organisational skills along with the ability to work well under pressure

A full clean driving license is essential to this role
