  • To deliver Construction training to learners in a classroom-based environment, leading them to acquire their CSCS cards.
  • Deliver Employability Skills, alongside Functional Skills, Digital and Personal Development.   
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Development of resources. 
  • Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
  • Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
  • Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Criteria:
  • Must hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS) or above.
  • Must hold a Level 3 Health and Safety qualification, or higher.
  • Must hold solid, occupational experience of employment within the Construction industry.
  • Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
  • Hold a level 2 qualification as a minimum within a Construction trade. 
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
