Join an exciting and growing business as a Learning & Development Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting the team through exceptional training and development programs.
Day-to-day of the role:- Lead and motivate a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs to new and existing colleagues across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
- Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
- Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.
- Create and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of their dynamic departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, inspiring team members through your enthusiasm and energy.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development role within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
- Experience in line management and leading training initiatives.
- Strong ability to plan, resource, and execute training programs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in eLearning platforms and face-to-face training delivery.
