Learning & Development Team Leader

Salary:28,000 - 32,000 per annum DOE

Location:Norwich (Hybrid Working)

Hours:35 hours per week, worked between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, with occasional evening and weekendin line with business needs

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to join their innovative telecare business and lead their team of trainers. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, shaping the future of our clients customer care team.

As the Learning & Development Team Leader, you'll be instrumental in driving learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments. You will be helping departments from navigating system changes to enhancing customer experience through improved processes and resources. You'll be the key liaison with stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that boost performance and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand stakeholder needs and develop targeted training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Ensure all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.
  • Create and deliver engaging training
  • Utilise a variety of platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
  • Motivate a team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • A dynamic L&D professional with extensive experience and proven line management skills.
  • Passionate about empowering others and thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
