Would you like to join a proactive Marketing and BD team working for my client at a leading Professional Services Company? The role I am recruiting for is a brand new and important role. They are seeking a Relationship Coordinator to manage and engage with their inbound enquiries, serving as the initial touchpoint for those interested in their services.

Location: Norwich

Role: Perm/ Fulltime

Salary: 25-29k 

Overview

As a Marketing and BD team they strive to be proactive specialists who anticipate and are ahead of trends. There are specialists covering business development, SEO, PR, market research, data analysis and digital marketing. Due to a continued positive performance across these disciplines, they require additional resource to help manage and engage with their inbound enquiries. This is a hugely important role being the initial touch point for those enquiring about the services offered.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Allocate enquiries to the appropriate specialist based on the prospect’s requirements, sector, and locality, escalating complex enquiries to senior team members as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings for fee earners with qualified enquiries, ensuring all arrangements are handled accurately and considerately.
  • Maintain timely communication with clients and prospects throughout the introductory process to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
  • Provide regular feedback to colleagues on insights from inbound enquiries, including trends, discussion topics, challenges, and concerns.
  • Support successful BD campaigns by efficiently and accurately enriching data using research and software platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to enhance client and prospect experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales (essential).
  • Ability to understand a client’s requirements and formulate solutions (essential).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both prospects and colleagues.
  • Passionate about client care and an excellent communicator.
  • Confident, approachable, and personable, able to adapt to the needs of our clients.
  • Considerate and accurate in client communications and reporting.
