Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all sales ledger invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- Posting bank receipts into the system with precision
- Handling client calls to process card payments professionally
- Chasing overdue invoices and resolving any queries with a proactive approach
- Maintaining the credit control spreadsheet and performing reconciliation's
- Supporting the Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks and projects
What the client is looking for:
- Experience in Sales Ledger or Credit Control
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
