We are recruiting for our client based in Norwich who are looking for a Customer Services candidate to join their team. This is a great role to develop your skills and carve a career for yourself.
We are looking for candidates with a strong customer service background and or administration, comfortable using various computer systems, a high level of attention to detail and someone looking to learn and develop in their career.
The role will involve
- Forecasting for customers' needs
- Processing customer orders and invoices
- Managing customer documentation
- Manage relationships with suppliers
- Stock management for customers
- Liaising with warehousing, marketing and suppliers
- Producing reports
The company offers great benefits including bonuses and hybrid working. Once trained the role does involve working a weekend on a rota basis, 1 in every 4 weekends.
