Our client are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Conveyancing Client Relations Assistant to join their team in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established legal firm, assisting their Conveyancing Department with securing new business, delivering excellent client support, and contributing to our wider marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate conveyancing quotes to new, existing, and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for conveyancing clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other external stakeholders.
- Support the Marketing Team with competitor analysis and sales-based initiatives.
- Assist with marketing activities as needed, including administration, communications, and promotional tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, ideally within the legal or property sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to high-quality client care.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, particularly with the Marketing Team.
- A proactive approach to client engagement and an understanding of the conveyancing process (preferred but not essential).
