Our client is a distribution company based in Hellesdon, Norwich.  They are seeking a temporary Customer Care Administrator for 3 months.

The Customer Services team is small and busy team, and they need additional support.

The main duties for a member of the team would be:

• Processing orders for trade and retail customers

• Dealing with phone orders and enquiries

• Helping with the registration of new clients on software

• Answering email enquiries

• Printing invoices and picking notes for warehouse

• Dealing with returns requests

• Adding title data to system

• Processing Monthly consignment sales

• Filing completed work

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30-4.30 – this includes an hour for lunch (35 hour week)  (can take 30 min lunch and shorter day)

The successful applicant will:

  • Have good data entry skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
