Day-to-day of the role:- Manage email inboxes efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, providing helpful and professional assistance.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers via email and telephone to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee stock management to maintain supply levels and meet customer demands.
- Deliver a high level of customer service, building strong rapport and upselling where possible.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Confident and effective phone manner.
