Time Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a market leading client in Norwich for a Customer Service Administrator. We are looking for a highly driven candidate to join our clients fast-growing business.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in a combination of administrative duties and management of their existing customer base. We are looking for someone who can build strong rapport with their clients existing customers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Managing email inboxes
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Liaising with customers and suppliers by email & telephone calls
- Stock Management
- High level of customer service
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2+ years of experience in administration
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
- Confident phone manner
This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
