We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 3-month temporary position. This role involves managing the company switchboard, directing callers to the appropriate service areas, and greeting customers visiting the offices. Familiarity with the 8x8 switchboard system and proficiency in Microsoft Office are highly beneficial for this position.
Day-to-day of the role:- Operate the switchboard system to answer calls efficiently.
- Direct callers to the relevant service areas within the Council.
- Greet and assist customers visiting the offices, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Triaging and dealing with/redirecting email enquiries
- Handle enquiries and provide information about services offered by the company
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with the 8x8 switchboard system is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
