Are you a night owl?

We are currently hiring for x3 Customer Service Advisors to work the night shift,for our client, within their contact centre. This will be on a shift basis of 4 on and 4 off, from 8pm to 8am. Offered salary £28000 + package.

You will be based from the office, based South of Norwich. Training hours will include daytime hours initially, then into evenings, and into nights, once trained. There is car parking onsite. No lone working.

The day to day

  • Handling incoming calls from external stakeholders, answering enquiries, recording information to be passed onto colleagues and providing support.

  • Triaging calls based upon urgency and severity.

  • Accurately updating notes on the system to reflect the nature of the call.

  • Remaining calm as some callers maybe distressed / anxious / angry.

  • Dealing with problems and taking remedial actional as required.

  • Deploying colleagues to attend sites, ensuring accurate provision of information.

  • Processing and handling some email communications.

You will have/be

  • Previous customer service experience, either office or face to face.

  • Previous experience of having worked nightshift over a continuous period of time

  • Calm communication skills.

  • Accurate records management skills.

  • Strong listening and questioning skills(full training given).

  • Effective team member.

  • Diligence and reliability.

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft products.
