Working for my client who is a fantastic Norfolk based, award winning and multi-million turn over company. An exciting position has arisen for someone who enjoys helping people, to join their expanding team within this fast-growing dynamic company.Your key functions will be to handle consumer enquires by phone, email and online, place orders, take payments, support and grow the business. A comprehensive training programme for all products and systems will be given.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries
  • Quote and place orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Take payments for orders
  • Manage the consumer email inboxes
  • Register new customers
  • Send communications to customers
  • Run regular reports to collate and send to clients
  • Handle consumer queries, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Help prepare marketing materials and the social media posts
  • Use various internal systems

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week with a salary of up to £28,000.
