We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to work night shifts as the first point of contact for our business.
The position is temp to perm, requiring a schedule of 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off, from 20:00pm to 08:00am.
The role offers a competitive salary of £28,217 and requires previous customer service experience.
Main responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
This position is office-based in Norwich, with no options for remote or hybrid working.

Main duties will include (but not limited to):

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring effective solutions.
Provide service information to customers, offering guidance as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure seamless service.

Previous Customer Service experience is essential.

This role is in office only in Norwich, no remote or hybrid working available.
