Hays is seeking an experienced customer service advisor for a 6-month maternity leave cover with a housing association in Norwich.

A salary of £25,000 is offered, along with hybrid working, team support, and a pension contribution.
Experience in the housing sector and complaint handling is preferable but not mandatory.
