We are seeking a full time Customer Service Advisor working part time who will operate as the first point of contact for the business.
This opportunity is temp to perm, with the working days of either Monday and Tuesday OR Wednesday to Friday from 11:00am-20:00pm. Offering a competitive salary of £26,208 PRO RATA.
Main duties will include (but not limited to):
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring effective solutions.
- Provide service information to customers, offering guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure seamless service.
Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
This role is in office only in Norwich, no remote or hybrid working available.
