The Role: As a Customer Service Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and delivering a superior service experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a friendly and professional demeanour.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French and/or other languages in addition to English desirable
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
