Position: Amazon Customer Service Representative

About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central?

Our client is looking for a dedicated Amazon Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be responsible for maintaining all service aspects of our Amazon operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring smooth operational functions, and maintaining our product catalogue and front-end user experience to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Amazon Customer Service Experience: Ensure both 1P & 3P sites operate smoothly daily.

Customer Interaction: Answer inbound queries, handle customer service calls, and perform associated administrative tasks.

Order Management: Manage purchase orders, returns, and chargebacks as required.

Opportunity Investigation: Identify and escalate opportunities for new customers and products.

Order and Delivery Handling: Efficiently manage enquiries, orders, and deliveries.

Page and Product Management: Assist the ECOMM specialist in managing product databases to ensure information is up-to-date and correctly priced.

Operational Assurance: Oversee standard order and return operations to ensure customer transactions function as expected:

Funds are appropriately captured.

Orders are correctly sent to ERP & WMS systems.

Timely order fulfilment and accurate email communications back to Amazon.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Amazon trends, innovations, and new technologies to shape the future of our Amazon presence.

Cost-effective Management: Handle relevant enquiries, orders, and deliveries at the best cost for the company while keeping management informed. This includes:

Providing delivery dates.

Managing back orders.

Investigating complaints.

Identifying and working to customer priorities.

Archiving and storage.

Dealing with returned products.

Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to continuously improve efficiencies and customer care, including liaising with the sales team.

Experience/Education:

Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with an eCommerce business that ships physical goods.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Experience with soft goods and dancewear is an advantage.
