My clients a world leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke electrical heating and cooling systems are looking to expand their team with an experienced Service Coordinator

 Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of services, acting as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

- Service Quote Preparation: Review client requirements and specifications to prepare accurate service quotes.- Securing Service Orders: Communicate with clients to negotiate and finalize service agreements.- Delivering Services: Schedule service appointments considering client preferences/ technician availability/work permits and offshore certification.- Monitor service delivery progress, address any issues or delays, and provide updates to clients as needed.- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests, updates, and issues.- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources such as staff, equipment, and materials to support service delivery.- Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients based on completed services and agreed-upon terms.- Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service or service coordination role.- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Proficiency in using computer software and tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation.

Additional Skills:- Knowledge of service management software or tools.- Experience in a similar industry or field.
