R13 are searching for a experienced customer service professional on a permanent basis to join a well established business who have strong roots in Norfolk. This is a highly varied job, which will include handling calls, answering emails, scheduling and coordination of internal workforce. Salary offered is £25-£26000 DOE plus benefits including flexi rewards, discount on services, well-being support, pension and 30 days holiday (incl. bh). Monday to Friday, 8-5pm, no lates, no weekends.

The day to day

  • As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be communicating with a wide range of customers, acting as central point of contact regarding queries and booking in for services.
  • Using multiple IT platforms, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction, updating and ensuring accurate data.
  • Working closely with various departments to hit internal service level agreements.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, adhering to all compliance and requirements.
  • Maintaining a professional manner, displaying a commitment to continual self learning and development.

You will have/be

  • At least two years consistent customer service experience.
  • You will be a strong communicator both written and verbally.
  • Highly organised and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
  • Strong IT skills, ability to learn bespoke systems, navigate using several platforms.
  • Be naturally resilient, remain calm when the pressure hits, act as a good all-round team player.
