My client is looking for an effective communicator and experienced customer advisor, to join their team on a part time basis - 3 days per week working in the office.
It's a lovely role whereby you will be contacting existing customers with quotes and gathering information and dealing with incoming calls.
The following skills are required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working within a customer service environment or dealing with/talking to customers in any setting; face to face or over the phone
- A positive and inquisitive approach with an empathetic ear
- Administration skills
- Good IT skills
- Good attention to detail
They would like someone to join the team as soon as possible and are offering a salary £25,000 (pro rata) dependant on experience.
