R13 are pleased to be assisting well-known business in their search for a?Service & Deployment Coordinator?to join their Norwich team on a temporary 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent. You will be responsible for handling service bookings from liaising with customers, to sending documentation and updating the in-house system.

This is a full time, temporary (6 months) position with the potential to go permanent. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, in their Norwich office.?The offered salary for this is £12.60 per hour.

The day to day

  • Liaising with flagged customers with regard to servicing and arranging bookings.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments via telephone.
  • Ensuring the in-house system is updated with accurate information regarding customers and bookings.
  • Sending confirmation information via text or post.
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times.

You will have/be

  • Customer service experience with confident telephone manner.
  • Highly organised and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
  • Strong IT skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
