Service Advisor Vacancy - Norwich

On behalf of our client,we are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to become an integral part of their Norwich Service department. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring the continued success of the business.

The service desk is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail, calmness under pressure, and common sense are vital attributes.

Your Role:

  • Customer Interaction: Meet, greet, and identify customer needs.
  • Communication: Keep customers fully informed throughout their visit.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Explain the visit details and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle collection.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent service.
  • Follow-Up: Contact customers post-visit to ensure everything is satisfactory.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate and enthusiastic with a flair for customer service.
  • Confident communicator with a background in delivering excellent service.
  • Experience in the motor industry is preferred, but similar industry experience will be considered.
