Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their vehicle service experience from initial inquiry to completion.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Provide detailed explanations of service processes and repairs to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
- Manage service appointments and follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are met.
- Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle service, including order processing and documentation.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Technical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet the demands of the role.
- Valid driver's licence is required.
